Hours of Availability
Office hours are Tues-Fri 9 AM-6 PM and Sat 9 AM-5 PM, by appointment only.

I am also available for outcall service Monday-Saturday, by appointment only. There is an additional charge of $25 for this service if you live within 15 miles of downtown Waco. Outside this radius, there is an additional charge of $40. If you are a regular office client who needs short-term in-home care, the outcall fee will be waived.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. With the desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
